Returns policy

The last thing we want at Camp Reo is tent-sion. If something doesn’t feel right please let us know at hi@campreo.com we will have it sorted.

Items You Are Not Happy With
We want you all to be happy campers so if you are dissatisfied with an item, we will get onto it quicker than you can roll out a swag.

We will gladly exchange the item, issue a credit note or have a chinwag regarding a possible refund.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (that means no fairy bread residue), in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We don’t want to be a wet towel but return shipping will be your cost to pay.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or your Tamagotchi didn’t fit in the designated pocket so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

**Please understand our products are hand-made in small quantities and each item is singular and unique. Slight variances in the colour of fabric, as well as minor blemishes and discoloration, is to be expected.**

All in all, we just want you to be chuffed with your experience at Camp Reo and if we don’t quite hit that spot we want to dazzle you with our customer service, we are always here for a cuppa and a chat while we work out a way to have you smiling again.
