We will always try our best to get your package enroute asap, usually dispatched within 2 business days. However, as we are a petite lil label please be patient just in case we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once your item has been shipped it becomes your baby & your responsibility to hustle Australia Post. If your parcel has been lost, we can not make a dispute with AusPost on your behalf, this is only available to the recipient. Please be aware we do not cover import duties & taxes for international orders. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit sorry!
